LOCATION: Campus by the Sea (Gallaghers Cove, Catalina Island)
DATES: October 4-6, 2019
Meet at Chapman basketball courts near the dorms on Friday at 2:30pm
We will get back to campus by Sunday at 3:00pm
COST: $170 (including $70 deposit) 

Scholarship applications are available. All scholarship apps can be email to Daniel Allen at daniel.allen@intervarsity.org. (If you want to apply for a scholarship, select the option to pay $0.00 at checkout. Then after submitting your scholarship request you must pay your balance using cash/check so that we can account for the amount of scholarship funds allocated to you.)

2.  Pay $70 for the non-refundable Fall Conference Deposit
Pay online or by cash/ check (made to "IVCF" with "Chapman Fall Con" in memo line) to Daniel or a Student Leader. Only a deposit or full payment will secure your spot at Fall Con! (non-refundable)

3.  Pay your remaining balance (Prior to leaving the dock): 
Total cost of Fall Con Registration: ​$170.00
(If you applied for a scholarship please check your balance with Daniel before you leave for camp. You can pay your balance anytime using the link in your registration email.)

ATTENDANCE
We have a strict attendance policy once registered.  No one is allowed to arrive or leave the conference early unless talking to their campus staff first.

ACTIVITIES AT CAMPUS BY THE SEA
During the afternoons each day we will have several hours of free time at camp. Activities at Campus by the Sea include kayaking, swimming, snorkeling, hiking into the interior of the island, volleyball, basketball, and table tennis. You may want to bring appropriate clothing, swimsuit, sunscreen, etc. for these activities.

PHONE / INTERNET ACCESS AT CATALINA
Because we will be at a remote part of Catalina Island, you will have no cell phone reception. There are, however, two payphones you can use should you need to make an emergency phone call. Additionally, should anyone (i.e. family) need to get a hold of you while at camp, they can call (310) 510-0015. They can leave a message and your name with one of the camp staff and the message will be relayed to you. No internet access is available.
